Was perfect for our group stay for the weekend. 15ish mins from downtown Detroit. Hanging out by the fireplace was a nice plus . Staff listened to concerns and refilled tissue/toilet paper when asked. Waffles in the morning got us non vegans in the group through

Pool was closed , elevator was out of order half of our 5 day trip. That stair hike to the 3rd floor wasn't too fun lol

The location and quietness.
Negatives:
The breakfast was pretty bad. The only thing that was "hot" was the waffles. No coffee, the juice wasn't working and I still had to go out & buy food because they basically had quick snacks. I was unaware the pool was closed as we were staying for my daughter's bday and she really just wanted to go to a hotel to swim. When I asked if the pool was open over the phone I was told it was only to get there ( after booking) & see it was out of order.
