Positives: The location wasn’t bad… the rooms on the other hand
Negatives: The room weren’t as clean as the pictures also it was very outdated everything looked dirty or like it hadn’t been cleaned properly for sometime.the bathroom ceilings looked scary and the shower was definitely dirty

Positives: The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Our tv wasn't working and she came to fix it because the maintenance person was gone for the day. She didn't want us to have to pack up everything and move to a different room.
Negatives: we were unable to get on of the rooms with a microwave and mini fridge, but that was probably due to use checking in after 5 pm.

Positives: It had a hot tub... But...
Negatives: it was of less quality than the pay was worth. I expected more cleanliness. I couldn't use the hot tub cause I found hairs and dirt in it.

Positives: It was quiet and semi clean
Negatives: There was hair in the jacuzzi, but, I had already had 2 seperate incidents with the staff so I just cleaned it myself. The front desk clerk had attitude that wss verbally combative and condescending. Then there was a lady that cleans the breakfast area that insulted me. I came in and made a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich which i took to my room. I returned and made a waffle. This person decides to say to me " This is a continental breakfast not a all you can eat buffet". I was upset and taken back by this openly loud and unnecessary comment.
