change rooms 3 times and still was unsatisfied the first room didn’t have a working tv ask the clerk upon going out to grab a bite to make sure my tv was working and returned 3 hours later to find not only that the tv didn’t work also no lights the new clerk switched my room to a down grade the door had a big gap in were u can see in and out through it and open it from the outside no refrigerator no microwave and I am traveling with my grandchildren so he switched it again to the 3 ed floor were it smelled test the shower squirt water all over the floor hair from the last travelers in the shower the shower curtains did not stay closed they just kept sliding back in the middle terrible stay I had to sray a disinfectant to get rid of the smell

The staff was helpful when we had found the room in horrendous order. Other than the staff, there was no positives.
Negatives:
The wallpaper was coming off the wall in multiple spots. The chair was horrendously stained and the bed had a stain on it right in the middle front of it. They took us to a second room to see it to see if it would be good. Was better smelling but the window had water coming in ( it wasnt raining so i dont know where it was coming from) and the window sill and drapes were covered in water. Wouldnt recommend.
