Positives: The room itself was very good and some of the staff was very good. Although the refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived and we asked to be moved to a different room and were told there were no other rooms with refrigerators and then one of the ladies behind the desk asked if we even requested a room with a refrigerator!

Negatives: It took the television over 20 minutes to actually start working after I went through and incredible number of self tests. And then it would not change channel because the battery was so weak and the remote it had to be held quite close to the TV in order to work
