After Friday, Sep 29th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Detroit), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Close to home for our anniversary

Negatives: It took three moves to get to a room I reserved. First didn’t have a spa tub, second was not cleaned (6:30 pm) no bedding dirty towels and pizza boxes, third was the correct type of room but no shower curtain and one dirty wash cloth on shower curtain rail. We had to get new room keys at least twice cause ours stopped working. Breakfast ended early, 9 am and there was no coffee at 8:40!!!

Negatives: The lobby was extremely dirty! The front desk staff need to be retrained! The lady at the front desk had me pay a cash deposit of $100, then charged my card and extra $100. The room was $115. Then charged me $215! So bascially i was charged $300 in deposits! Luckily I was able to transfer from my savings to my checking, but it took to long for them to fix their mistake!
