Between Tuesday, May 30th, 2023 at midnight and Wednesday, May 31st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Detroit), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, May 31st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Detroit), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 31, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: The bathroom was nasty. The tub looks like was was not even cleaned. The ceiling looked like it was falling down. We had no towels and it seem like a big deal for the stuff to get them for us. We had not remote for our TV. The free breakfast was a joke. There was no food.

Negatives: The staff encouraged to put cash deposit instead of credit card stating that it’s a better option since I will get my money back right away after checking out. Upon checkout I was asked to sign a slip stating that I have received my cash deposit back. Shortly after I was told that they will keep deposit because there were ashes on outside window sill ( we don’t smoke) I’m assuming that is a scam the employees run in order to make extra money. The manager was in on it. I contacted corporate, but no resolution yet. Do not stay at this facility.. you will regret it

Positives: Front desk staff Crystal was very nice and professional she put us in a different room because the first one we checked into was disgusting

Negatives: When we checked into our room I immediately checked the bed and bathroom the spatub was nasty had hair clogged in the jets, it was a bottle of hand soap left behind so housekeeping aren't cleaning thoroughly nor are they throwing away items left behind from previous guests, and the room had a wet basement smell it definitely needs upgrading, and I really don't see why there's a extra $100 security deposit, you can't do anymore damage to something that's already messed up!!!!!
