When I went to check in they didn’t have my reservation correct. My room had mold spots on the ceiling in multiple spots. The pool was so hot that it was 1 degree colder than the hot tub. The kids couldn’t even use it.

I had to request a few things that should have been provided. The Drape was not functional, so I had to request that housekeeping open it so that I had daylight. One person could not accommodate and had to call a second person to assist, and there were no ink pens in the room.
