the staff were excellent and helpful. The lady at breakfast was great. she made sure Every thing was clean and greeted us each morning

I would have preferred a room with the king bed which was what I had originally reserved. it wasn't ready when I arrived for check-in. so we ended up with 2 beds. made the best of it

My CC was charged numerous times. Not only could the funds be put back on my card for 7-14 days I had to still find a way to pay for the next night... My CC was locked due my card being swiped by the front desk agent several times. There was no compassion. I was told I had an hour to clear the room if I didn't have the funds available at that time. I couldn't believe there was no way to resolve the matter another way... my family came and paid for that night for me. Things do happen however a little kindness and possible a little help could go a long way. I said I'd never stay there again. Love the place however anything could happen and there not open to helping people in emergency or matters beyond there control.

The king bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on at a Hampton. Normally good beds, the one in 526 was horrible.

Everything was good but the floor was always wet and the staff was mopping the floor but not wringing the mop out enough to get up the water
I am handicapped and I was very careful not to fall I also asked for handicapped room but I did not get one
