Nice staff, great lobby, breakfast included.
Negatives:
The rooms are small and very much out of date. Uncomfortable sand bag like beds. The AC in my room didn’t work. The room was still very warm and that’s with the air conditioning being on all day on the lowest setting. The pool is also very dirty and un-kept.

The deposit was $100. The hotel gave the appearance of being beautiful. The rooms gave a motel 6 vibe. It was uncomfortable and extremely dirty. There was blood stains on the first room we got and it smelled like fecal matter. The next room was dirty too.

Stayed 2 days to have multiple testing at U of M Hospital. I am from Holland, Mi and have never had such a terrible hotel experience.
No clean towels or replacement cups for th e coffee maker for the second day. Comforter ripped up. Room in rough shape all together.
The pool and breakfast both COLD!!!!!!
