No pool \ Hot tub. Burnt out light bulbs in the room (122). The water supply to the toilet was off when we arrived. Thermostat was quirky.

Positives:
I enjoyed the room everything was clean even though I always bring my lysol and wipes to clean over. Bed was comfy and tge Front desk clerk Tori was amazing she made sure we was comfortable. Hotel surrounded around a lot of restaurants and things to do.
Negatives:
The one problem I had was the people over me, sounded like a lot of people running around at 4 in the morning, and you can hear people talking in their rooms.

The pullout bed had dirt like pee. There were feces on the bathroom commode

This hotel is dirty. They do not vacuum the rooms and they throw the comforter on the dirty floor. Rooms are old and the halls are dirty too. No one ever ran a vacuum. The pool is closed for no reason other than they dont want to deal with it.
Negatives:
The free breakfast is terrible. And you have to walk outside to get to the amenities. They are located in another building. It is also located near a busy loud expressway.

The value for the room. Wish I had come sooner, I've paid twice as much for less. Also very pleased with the customer service. I stay in alot of hotels for work and this one is refreshing after all the bad customer service I do encounter. Thanks for making it more then pleasant.
