Upon arrival no one to speak to. Place locked. Had to go next door to Best Western to sign in and given key. Never heard of this before. If they want the income someone should be there to run the business. Will not stay there again...I don't care what the price is. This was 8:30 in the evening and second week of October. Inconvience when elderly!!!

There are no staff at this hotel. You must check in with a competitor next door. The room was advertised as having free breakfast but it did not offer this feature.

Room never cleaned during our 3 night stay. I specifically called the hotel before I booked the room to make sure the pool and hot tub were open. They assured me they were open. Upon arrival we were told the pool was closed for maintenance.

Loved being on the beach!!! Room was dated but clean and the staff was friendly.

The pool water was a bit cold..staff came in and opened door there to let condensation clear up however it was very windy and 45 degrees outside so it sucked all the cold air into pool house. Listing on website said they had adjustable beds and full breakfast including hot sandwiches. When we arrived was told breakfast was grab and go including juice granola bar and fruit. Bed was comfortable but not adjustable and very close to the wall you really didnt have room to move there.parking lot was so jam packed in the morning was tricky getting out.

The wall paper was coming down in the bathroom by the shower, and part of casing for the batteries on the door was missing in 230. Wish there would have been a microwave to heat up food.
