The bell cart was broken, so it was kind of a chore to use, but manageable. Recreational marijuana is legal in Michigan, so the parking lot and area outside the entrance smelled like pot pretty much all the time.

I didn't like that there were no comfy chairs to sit in. I had to sit on the bed the entire time. The only furniture was the bed, a dresser, and a desk chair.

The location was great so many things to do. Good food and shopping choices. The construction sucked but that's nothing new for the area. I enjoyed bringing my dog with me. That was great

We ended up taking a nap. When we woke there were flying ants everywhere. They were all over the lamp and end table by the bed. All over the kitchen. When I spoke to the staff they said that the maintenance guy will take care of it the next day. I would of thought they would offer to move us to another room. But they didn't
The other thing was breakfast was included... well that was a joke. They had old muffins, oatmeal coffee , and tea ... that's it!!!

Positives:
While many aspects of the property were worn, outdated, or lacking…….the property was clean. My room didn’t have carpet and the flooring was clean and appeared updated.
Negatives:
The “breakfast” was grab and go kind of junk food. The room had a kitchenette, but absolutely no cups, plates, dishes, or utensils of any kind. The cupboards were bare. The shower was almost impossible to work as the knob to make the water flow go from the tub spigot to shower head was so stuck and tight I was afraid I was going to break it. Someone had broken what appeared to be a very large glass bottle in the parking lot. The huge pile of glass was never cleaned up.
