Between Tuesday, May 30th, 2023 at midnight and Wednesday, May 31st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Detroit), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, May 31st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Detroit), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 31, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: it was only my son and I-the 3rd morning, we had to bring our dirty bathroom towels to the front desk to get new. no bag was provided in the room to carry down. and when I got new ones, only 1 washcloth with with 4 towels.

Positives: stephanie in housekeeping does a fantastic job, the male housekeeper was very helpful, and Tamika at front desk is always a pleasant face to greet and help. The other staff members should learn to be just as pleasant.

Negatives: Most of the other staff was a sharp contrast from the friendly housekeeper and front desk agent, Tamika.
