Exceptional
Positives:
Close to freeway, restaurants, stores, and the mall. Easy to find. Hardwood floors. Bed was small but comfortable
Negatives:
Furniture was dated. Dresser was badly damaged (look like it came from a resale shop). Room hadn’t been swept thoroughly (debris and dust in corners of room and under table). Absolutely NO cooking or eating utensils… so if you wanted to cook or heat up something you had no dishes, eating utensils, cooking utensils, or cups to do so with.

Positives:
Location. Amount of space. Kitchen.
Negatives:
We could not get a coffee maker the entire 4 nights we were there. Ended up having to get a pot (which they didn’t have on of until our second night) to boil water and use for instant coffee. Also the dresser was so broken that two drawers didn’t work at all and the facing was coming off and sticking out. We’ve stayed here before and had no issues like we did this time. Need to ensure you have enough kitchen ware for all rooms and invest in some new furniture to replace glaring broken ones.

Positives:
The location just off I-75 was great. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The hallways smell strongly of cigarette smoke. My room was not cleaned well. Dust and dirt along the edge between the vinyl floor and carpet. Stains on the carpet and the desk chair. Pieces of countertop trim were falling off. There was what appeared to be a homeless man hanging out in a back stairwell.
