Staff/Tiffany wasn't helpful and somewhat rude when I had tobcallb3 times for the wifi. Also, next morning I called to ask what it would cost to stay an extra hour before checking out and was told that I already had checked out at 11am, which I never did! I found hair on my sheets as well.

They take forever to answer questions. I called to cancel and they returned my call too late and then told me I had to request cancellation from booking.com who contacted them and they never responded.
