I WAS DOUBLE BILLED AND CALLED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER AIMEE TWICE ABOUT BEING DOUBLE BILLED. I DID NOT GET A CALLBACK AND HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BOOKING.COM AND SPOKE WITH MY VISA COMPANY TO PUT A HOLD ON THE ACOOUNT IF NOT RESOLVED. THE HOTEL CLAIMS IT IS THE ERROR OF BOOKING.COM AND REFUSED TO HELP ME. THEY SAID I MUST REACH OUT TO BOOKING.COM. SO, I DID. I HAVE NOW SPENT TWO HOURS ON THIS ERROR.
