Negatives: I stay there at different times of the year, I was in Midland for the LPGA golf tournament it was played at Midland Country Club, I called to book a room at the price was well over a $ 120.00 more then I normally pay, does it cost you more to run a hotel when a golf tournament is in town? No its pure greed. I stayed at one of your competitors around the corner at a reasonable price
