The photos do not match...

Supposed to be HANDICAP ACCESSABLE. they called to offer us an upgraded double queen. It was FILTHY. The surfaces were dusty and has sticky stuff under the dust. My Clorox wipe was BLACK. Bedding ok. Got spider bite ony neck.
Not to mention having to have my wife's assistance into the shower. Major let down. And we expected messy. This was comical.
