The one thing that might keep me from getting another booking at this hotel is the strong bleach smell in the sheets. It kept me away most of the night.

Positives:
Requested ada room shower bench seatmounts pulled out ofthe wall, very unsafe. Ada shower mount had to beforced down a person in a wheel chair could ot have taken a shower without problems orcallingthe front desk. Went to take a shower reached in and turned on the shower, the shower head pointed at shower curtain and sprayed the floor. I slipped and fell on my back .
Continental breakfast was cold, like all just came out of the refrigerator.
The french toast cold and had to run it through warming device four times just to take the chill off the food, the eggs and sausage were the same!
One picture of my elbow I used to break my fall, this saved my head from hitting the floor first. I am going to my dr on Wednsday and send you the bill.

Staff never asked about service or if I was alright after they were told and informed about my slip and fall.

The hotel charged me for the room also. Even after the guy said my card wouldn't be charged.
