That it was clean but we had to pay front desk to was our bed lining I never been to one make u pay for they stuff smh

The fact that we had to do wash their linen off of their bed so we had to keep our stuff on until we was able to wash it ourselves it's very bad for business

Got to the hotel at 2:10 am after driving 9.5 hours. Called at 10pm and talked to front desk telling them that we’d be there around 3am. Front desk clerk told me it wasn’t a problem and to use the phone in the lobby and someone would check us in. Got to the hotel, after making two phone calls was told by the third party that took the call that the hotel marked us as a no show and already performed their audit and wouldn’t be giving us a room. Also, that there was no one at the property to even speak to about the issue. Was also charged for the room. After spending over a half hour on the phone I ended up having to leave and pay for another room at another hotel. Absolutely horrible service. Especially after I called ahead and we had driven so far and had to leave by 7:30 am. Very disappointed to say the least. Considering there wasn’t even an employee or manager at this site throughout the night, definitely a safety concern. I won’t book with them again.
