The cleaning staff really do make sure the room is clean and the room is solid enough that you don't hear anything from the outside. The front desk people are super nice

The outside and the hallways are old and not kept up in the maintenance area... If you Miss house keeping and didn't realize remove the "don't disturb" sign. You Can't get any toilet paper! Super management rules

The pool got shut down the same day we stayed. My kids were bugging to swim and had nothing to do besides stay in the room just like we could of at home without spending so much money

Nothing. Our family went on a trip to go swimming for the day and as we get there and after dinner, someone in the pool, puked. So the pool was closed for 24 hours.
