All staff except were exceptional except a male housekeeping member crowded my exit from the elevator. He walked in while I was trying to exit. I wouldn’t even do that to other guests. How rude!!!

I checked in, desk attendant was not friendly made me feel like just checking in get it over with. She did not explain breakfast or pool time or check out time. I had to ask for information on not so continental breakfast the next day. We walked out at checkout time I said we were checking out of room another attendant just looked at us as we walked out no thank you for staying at all. The pool area was dirty and the water was freezing for my kids. My rooms refrigerator was broke, hair on the shower curtain, and a hair ball clogged the tub drain.

The price was great and the staff were awesome. It was very busy and the staff were running around constantly. Everytime we needed something they were quick to help with our request and did it with a smile. They were also very friendly.

Upon arrival was informed that I would be required to provide a $150 deposit against any incidentals , such as damage to the room.When we checked out, I was again Informed by the dest clerk that it would be 3-5 days before by deposit would be credited to my account . I offered to walk the clerk back to the room and inspect the room along with him. He again stated the hotels policy. Which. Would credited within3-5 days.But he also stated he it usually provided immediately. And seemed disinterested in providing any more clarity. I also inquired about the lack of coffee in the lobby, but he was. Interested in looking at his phone.
