I've been staying at this hotel for a long time and it's a great hotel overall for the price.
Negatives:
The main problem they're having right now is the keys not working for their doors. Whether they need to replace the key machine or replace the doors literally sometimes it takes 5 minutes to get into your room.

Cigar smoke smell in the halls constantly, we had a cockroach in our room, outside door was constantly being propped open with a rock so it wasnt secure. The front staff was rude until we expressed our concerns several times and then she was more understanding and caring.

This hotel is located in a great spot and I felt very safe with the area. There are plenty of places around to get gas, food, and other incidentals. The room itself is very clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff! Plenty of room as the room is very big. And I like having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. I didnt use the microwave, but I could have if I wanted to pop some popcorn at night! They also have washer and dryers at the end of the hall where you could wash your clothes if you were staying here longer. Not a lot of interaction with the rest of the staff, but everybody seems to be nice.
Negatives:
Despite my room being very clean every time we walked in, we got a little smell of something either coming from the hall or at the doorway. It doesnt linger, but I think the hall carpet could be cleaner. I think the room walls are a bit thin so you can hear others sometimes but again I think those people are kind of noisy!

I looked for bugs probably more than I should have. There was a room you could see in that was probably someone's home that was unkept and dirty.
