Positives:
They had a hard time finding my reservation, with Booking.com. They put me in a room, anyways, as the front desk staff and I tried to work out the issues with Booking.com.
Negatives:
I was forced to call Booking.com to try to get some help, checking in. The call cost me almost as much as 2 rooms at this property. I have stopped using Booking.com, since a simple phone call to your support line cost me $200+. I have deleted the app, and never plan on using your services again. But, I will definitely stay at the Quality Inn in Petoskey again.

The hotel was quite clean. And the building is quite spread out. So there are plenty of spaces for parking. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The facilities were a bit old and the room wasn't very sound-proven. There's no elevator but fortunately we stay on the first floor.

Actually the hotel seemed to be nice and clean when we arrived. Girl on the reception was super sweet. Room was also nice.
Negatives:
WE actually could not sleep at all because of different sounds. First of all we could hear all the neighbours everywhere, what they talked and what they did in their rooms. Audibility цфs like 100%. But this was not the main problem because eventually all the people got to sleep. And at this point we could here water in the pipes, ice vending machine and some other noises (like very loud water drops, but could not figure out the origin). Very annoing, like pum!-pum!-pum! to your brain! we literally could not sleep. I am amaized with all the nice reviews of the hotel and it seemed to be so from the first sight. But after such a night I won't give it another chance liek to try another room. No way!!!

Positives:
2 person jacuzzi tub in room. Location, location, location. Big spacious room. BED WAS AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE. Clean room just older hotel that could use some simple updating to make fabulous.
Negatives:
Needs border trim on baseboards of walls. Needs new closet bar (rusty). Add room air freshener or use carpet deodorizer.
Positives:
The property is situated well to be able to enjoy Petoskey, the wineries or skiing. It was clean but very dated. Don’t know if the odd smell was from their cleaning products or mold under the carpet. The carpet did need cleaning. We bought Febreeze to be able to tolerate the odor.
Negatives:
The odd smell in our room and the mildew growing in the grout near the bath tub.
