The room was clean, the gentleman at the front desk was nice, it had a grab and go breakfast which was good. I really have no complaints. It's no 5 star hotel but it serves its purpose and is good if you're on a budget. It's also very close to downtown Petoskey, Walmart, multiple restaurants and lots of other stores. I would recommend.

Breakfast provided was just as good as more costly hotels. It is in a good location.
Negatives:
The cable TV PROVIDER was blocking the sound on nearly all conservative stations.
Positives:
Clean, relatively comfortable. Typical hotel breakfast. No hot foods (eggs, sausage/gravy, sausage or waffles), unless you cooked it yourself. Not complaining, just stating.
