I've been to this hotel location several times. The staff is very friendly,& accommodating. If something is needed, or lacking...staff acts quickly to ensure that my stay is satisfactory.

The hotel rooms were not clean, the linens were old and not fresh. I had bugs in my room including roaches.

When I told my issue to the staff, the issue was resolved in the same day. The coffee was pretty good and I liked the provided hot water and tea.

When I got to my room, the radiator was taken apart. There was a plastic bag with a white substance and what seemed to be rust in/on the bag. When the radiator was on, it stunk up the room with a burning smell. Bathroom was moldy, tub and sink were dirty

The continental breakfast sucked . The picture showed a nice continental breakfast and all there was was instant oatmeal and a few oranges. No scrambled eggs no bacon or sausage like it shows in the picture. No other fruits no yogurt it was very very very disappointing.
