Had to wait for the Manger to help me with getting into my room

The person at the desk turned me around twice, stating that there was no room available. After I booked the room. Almost left out .Then I decided to call booking.com to get my refund. The number I called went straight to the manager phone and he related to the desk clerk that it was 3 rooms ready. After all that, I still had to wait 20 minutes because the clerk was too busy to help me.

The room was supposed to have a fridge and microwave, it had neither. There were roaches in the room as well. I went to open the door from the inside amd the door handle came off making it very difficult to get the door open amd tike consuming as well.

the web site photos showed a refrigerator and microwave in the room there was not. no breakfast given.

The bed was the best sleep I had in a minute very comfortable

I had my room moved twice due to it being very nasty all the way down to poo in and on the toilet I could never get clean towels when I ask or tissue I had my room cleaned once my whole stay I made a complaint to the office and got the run around about talking to the GM I’m very upset because this is where I have to live unfortunately for now I hope things get better and hope something is done about this
