Not much other than it was a roof over my head. The location was beneficial, but RR can't expect to take credit for something they have no control of.

Where to start.....
I'm wasting my time here unless it prevents another guest from getting burned. Look, as the other reviews have mentioned, the parking lot should turn anyone away unless they got weed, coke, meth, pills, or sex to sell. It's appearance is on par with the hood hotels in Detroit. If I had rolled in here with my family, I would have taken the loss but I (booked prior) kept it bc I'm flying solo on this one. I was blown away to see multiple school busses picking up kids in the morning. These poor kids. I say that bc this is no way to live. The rooms are no bigger than a double sized shed and the environment alone is not kid friendly. Nobody could convince me that there are less that 2/2 dozen pedos hanging out here. There are people hanging out at the steps, corridors, on the walkways and they're there all hours of the day n night. This place is definitely not a good place for good people! RR needs to clean it up and it starts up front. When I 1st entered, the rep was going back n forth on the phone with a woman that apparently had a boyfriend in the background shouting expletives at the rep. The rep is responding "Come up here, say it to my face" and he said this over and over. I could here the conversation bc he did nothing to keep that from happening. The he hung up n started telling me "this mf'er talkin sh*t" even though I never asked. Yeah invite a fight on your business property. WTF?!!! The room; a step up from a homeless shelter. No exaggeration, this place is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Ive stayed in some trashy joints in some parts of the world that did not welcome me and this place is right up there with those scumpits!!! I can only assume that im leaving with some kind of infestation problem.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate the issues with the room.
Negatives:
The microwave did not work at all. The remote control did not work at all. The phone did not work at all. The sink would not drain. Worse hotel experience I've ever had, other than the staff being professional and courteous.

Mold by the shower,room wasn't ready when I checked in,keys only work one day after you check in,room smelled like a wet dog
