Positives: What I liked most was the excellent customer service we received on arrival. We were early, and 2 of the ladies had arrived before me. The lady at the desk had taken care of them. And once I got there, we were able to go straight to our room. Thanks to the customer service lady Toya. She was kind and informative. The breakfast was great. I liked the location, too.
