Positives: The staff were so kind. They made me forget how badly Delta screwed me over. Honestly, the kindness I was shown after missing a flight, and my luggage along with it, makes me want to have more layovers in Detroit. Thank you for the toiletries. The restaurant was amazing after a long, stressful day. And the bed! I slept 12 hours that night.

Positives: Beds were very comfortable; the room was nice overlooking the pool and atrium. Visited the bar one night for drinks and a light meal, service was good.

Negatives: Breakfast! Ran out of coffee on both mornings, considering we were there for a conference staff shouldve been more attentive. Food was not great and the grits were way to watery couldnt even eat them.
