Positives:
Hotel was in a good area. Staff was very friendly. Close to the highway.
Negatives:
The room was not clean well. My room had insects flying in the room. The bathroom was not clean well at all . Dirt was still on the floor and whoever stayed there before Hai on the floor and in the covers.

Positives:
The location was great. Centrally located to where we needed to be. Courtyard was quiant. As a whole(to the naked eye), seemed to be an older charming place.
Negatives:
Before going inside, smelled obnoxiously of Marijuana... everywhere we went. Night clerk had us sign a paper stating that "no deposit back after 15min". I then felt like I was in a "By The Hour" place. The bedding had cig burns. Shower had no pressure. Towels & carpet stained. Original drapes barely hanging on. We tried to make the best of it, but ended up checking out 1st thing in the am. Too much parking lot "activities".

Positives:
The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, I liked there were doors separating the shower area from the rest of the room. We had a great view of the court yard and pool area. The grounds were very clean and it was quiet. Staff was very friendly and it's pet friendly.
Negatives:
Our room smelled like dog urine but we just bought some Febreeze and sprayed the carpet so our dogs didn't add to the smell. It wasn't the whole room, just in the alcove by the shower/bathroom.
