Front desk Connie was amazing and was very helpful to us when we were in a "pickl." A neighboring hotel advertised pet friendly and when we drove into town for a breast cancer benefit were told at check-in they didn't take pets. Connie was very sympathetic to our situation.

I didn’t like the fact that floor was stain and room smell of smoke n I ask for nonsmoking room. Then you had to pay for towels they gave you enough one day. They also pull down the gate at the front desk. Later in the evening and part of the morning and the mattress topping needs to be changed it’s was old stain on it like it was built in.

The front desk lady wasn’t at front desk so I could check in .. It took her 15 mins to see if someone was in the lobby to help us .. It was dusty and a lot of remodeling going on .. I wish i was told that prior to me booking .. I have real bad and sensitive allergies .. The room had an odor to it the covers was dirty .. Pillows were stained and sheets hair and debris on it .. Trash was on the floor in the room …

I liked that the rooms were pretty big. And I also like that. You know they had a stove top and a large fridge, and it was very easy to check in and check out and I liked that the door locks at a certain time and random people can’t come in.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that. The property smelled funky. When you walked in. They were doing a lot of like a renovation on the first floor, and yeah, the TVs outdated a lot of the stuffs outdated in the room. Oh ya the microwave was like chipping Paint that was Pretty nasty. They could have made it look better.

I checked out early because this place is disgusting. It is poorly lit.. It smells like smoke, even though it's non smoking.. People have their pets roaming the hall. There were spider webs in the windows and spiders kept crawling on the bed. This place is unacceptable.

People work there are very nice, but I believe some of the things that went awry were on their control from what they said

The kitchen sink leaked water. There is no lightbulbs. If you need an extra towels, you have to pay for them and the quality of people that were saying There also was not at a standard level. Every time I left my room I could smell marijuana being smoked even though it’s a non-smoking facility. The employees try to make our stay nice however things were beyond their control. The price was more expensive than the hotel of the road that have many more amenities and after a certain time I felt like I was in lockdown. They initially even screwed up my debit purchase and had my room switched with somebody else. I specifically had asked for a first floor, disabled room, and I did not get it put on the second floor, even though it was only the second floor I have myself and my travel companion are both disabled with spine and leg disability and I have my son who is 26 years old and is autistic
