I liked the set up of the room and most of the front desk staff were friendly. The pool was nice.

The breakfast was ok but juice machine was broke the entire week and there was no other option such as water for drinks. The sausage and eggs were cold a couple days. Then there were a couple days I expected oatmeal since it was there the first day, but there wasn’t oatmeal.
The construction was ridiculously loud. The people doing the work were playing the music loud and singing loud while working. Even though all this was late morning and afternoon when they were working, it didn’t make for a very relaxing atmosphere for the money paid for the stay there. Also the paint on the bathtub was chipping off so didn’t feel comfortable taking a hot bath. The microwave glass didn’t fit the microwave so when we used it, it sounded like it was off track.
I was very disappointed in Hampton Inn this time. Hopefully the construction will soon be done and things will change.

There were so many problems here, first off they didn't specify anywhere they were going through construction, i have checked many sites and it doesn't say that anywhere. Pool was absolutely freezing, I'd say 60 degrees, we looked for the jacuzzi like they said they had and it was filled in with concrete. Got out and went to our room to take a shower and the shower didn't work, left it on for 10 or so minutes. Cold drafts coming from our windows that aren't even able to open. Tried getting our money back and Mary at front desk was absolutely rude. Blocked our numbers because we have been trying to get ahold of the general manager. Please please don't come here! Save your money and go somewhere else please!

Fourth floor room we had first had a majorly strong adhesive smell or paint smell inside the room from renovations. We needed to be switched into a lower floor room. However, the staff made sure we were well taken care of.
