The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. There was no safe in the room or extra pillows/blankets. We probably could have called to get them but it would be nice to have that in the room already as there is a pullout available if needed.

The pool area/water smelled liked chlorine and burned your eyes as soon as you walked in couldn’t enjoy it. My room never got cleaned while I was present.

The drawers were dirty and I had to wipe them clean. The room darkening curtain was missing in the room as well as the curtain that divides the couch area from the beds.
