It was okay could have...
Positives:
Most of the beverage vending machines were either empty or out if service.
There Complementary shampoo and conditioner just a bar of soap and one lotion.
But, The worst was the carpet was filthy with stains, and I did not want to walk on it with our bare feet.
Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.

There were stains all over both rooms that we occupied. The bed was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs while laying in it.

- there was a large garbage can near our entry door (A). that was overflowing when we arrived, including broken glass.
- I informed the front desk but there were no maintenance staff on
- it was still like that the next day
- it was finally the receptionist that took care of it the day after that!

- hotel is set back from the road and there is no sign near the road to let you know it’s there
- address of hotel is not indicated anywhere on the building

- driveway into hotel is riddled with pot holes and one crater sized one that could do a lot of damage
- grass not mown
- trees not tidy
- the carpet in our room was worn and bare near entry to bathroom
- curtain panel was partly off the track
- bedskirt had a old burn hole
- could smell cigarette smoke in hallway although building is smoke free

Beautiful property for a leisure...
Positives:
No breakfast. The room was good, however several things need upgrades

No breakfast. The room was good, however the some pillows had stains on cases.
The room needs updates, caulking needs replacement, broken tiles. Elevator was broken. Had to use the stairs. Stairs/carpet needed replacement. Mattress was too bouncy.

The room was decent, there's breakfast, and the pool is nice.
Negatives:
The room was pretty decent but the housekeeping was terrible!!! They absolutely refused to do any part of their job! They didn't change the beds or the towels. It took therm 2 days to pick up the trash I sat outside my room. The housekeeping staff walked right past it. Not once, but for my entire stay the trash change 2 times. (Pics dated and time stamped) They didn't bring soap, tissue, nothing.... yet the marked the book as if they actually cleaned the room. I spoke to the GM and she made them clean it and apologized but nobody really cared. The stairs and halls are filthy! They haven't been swept or vacuumed in a long time.
