Positives: Very clean. Hotel employee to the staff. They kept the rooms very clean. Negatives Hall carpet needed cleaning very badly especially by the elevators. The lights were not working parking lot all week. One of the elevators broke on a Thurs. Fri
Negatives: It is time to update the decor. It is not to the Hampton Inn standards. It is very clean, but needs updating. Location is great. Cosmetic, rooms need refreshing. Free breakfast: Very sparse during the week stay.

Positives: There was nothing special. Standard hotel.
Negatives: The pool was closed and the breakfast was just bagels, juices and muffins. I wish we had known as one of the reasons we booked was the pool and hot breakfast.

Positives: The ONLY good thing out of this place was Arthur, who was running the desk for a time each day. He always greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything. Very pleasant.
Negatives: The seal was torn on one of our rooms and someone used the toilet and left it dirty. The beds were like bricks, very uncomfortable. When asking for another wash cloth, was told to wait 2 hours for the next shift, since they were done washing and had none.

Negatives: The tub was dirty , the desk had sticky stuff on it, the whirlpools jets barely worker and WiFi didnÂ't work good.

Positives: It has a bed to sleep in.
Negatives: The police were called on the room 2 doors down that went on for way too long. The phone didn't work too call the front desk. There wasn't enough breakfast in the morning. My car got plowed in with snow, which I had to dig myself out.
