Between Wednesday, Jun 18th, 2025 at midnight and Thursday, Jun 19th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Detroit), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Jun 19th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Detroit), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Guarantee Policy

If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel in advance, your entire reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund. The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older.

They just need to upgrade everything and the night staff needs to be available during night check in no one should be standing in the door way at night waiting on some who to check them in
