Mark & Sue definitely pride themselves on customer service and running a beautifully organized establishment. The staff members are all exceptional from front desk to housekeeping. They always make me feel welcomed when I stay. I appreciate them and their dedication to making sure their guest are happy comfortably and always make accommodations if possible, when needed.

Need some upgrades to the bathroom. Too many people smoking in the hallway and not outside in the evening. Our room was filled with the smell of smoke. The bathroom was supposed to be a walk in shower but was a tub.
