How unclean it was , it clearly hasn't been taken care of. The hallway and stairwell carpet is basically black , there was trash under and in the desk , hair all over the tub .

Unclean rooms, damaged washrooms with leaking water. Manager admitted it requires repair. Smell of cigarette in the room. Pests on the floor. Doubt the rating provided by Booking.com. Planning to complain to BBB.

Price and working air conditioning. That's about it.
Negatives:
Incredibly dirty. Black mold. Unwashed sheets and blankets. Cigarette burns in blankets. Sticky soda or something on floor and nightstand. Incredibly loud. Unable to get any rest due to noise. I stayed a total of 3 hours. Could not stay any longer. Worst hotel ever stayed in.
