The person I checked in with was very accommodating. My husband and I were told we would be on the 2nd floor. I told him, good, I don't have to walk too far because I'm not able to. He asked if we'd like a room on the first floor and I said that would be great. I didn't have to walk as far as I thought which was very nice of him to do. So thank you for being compassionate.

dirty- outdated - very unpleasant old hotel. When booking through booking .com, identified myself as a veteran and would like the discount but when arriving the desk manager said it was impossible to give due to booking on line not cool

There was an unused condom behind the nightstand. My teenage daughter noticed it. Obviously room was not cleaned. Pool was only open 10-10 only have us 1 hour to swim prior to 11 checkout
