Excellent breakfast! The best weve had in a long time at a motel. Also ate at the place next door for dinner, that was good also. Nice that there is a pool and small gym.

2 night stay while exploring the area, including Sleeping Bear Dunes
Positives:
Close to downtown. Pet-friendly. Frontage on two major roads. Pool and hot tub open 24hrs. Nice hot breakfast, a little different every day. Not too far from bay shore to walk there. Sidewalks, good restaurant(Cottage)right next door. Windows open.

Positives:
Room and beds were comfortable and clean. Property was an easy, quick drive to downtown areas and there is food shopping nearby and a nice locally owned restaurant next door. Staff was friendly and helpful and I would stay again if ever back in town.

My room layout was odd in that the closet and refrigerator was next to the bed making it hard to access. Not a typical room layout for this type of hotel.
