Positives:
Bed was comfortable, room was spacious
Negatives:
Heating/cooling system was loud. Pillows were way too soft, no support. Toilet has hot water running to it and whistled as it filled. Shower head not secured inside wall, head was hand tight to shower arm and needed to be tightened by me to prevent waster spraying outside of shower. Hot water was too hot, would burn a child.

I worked in the hotel business and part of being a front desk person or a bartender is to be able to have a friendly personality. These people did not have them. They were polite but you could kind of feel that they were just there to do the mechanics of the job.

Whirlpool was out of order, they did not have towels on demand, no complimentary breakfast, very expensive snacks that forced you just to travel to the store.

Who ever checked us in lacked professional attention. She told us to give her an additional $20 for concessions. I handed her a $20 bill and she was laughing inappropriately and very sarcastic. I hope to never have this type of experience again at a Hilton. We could barely understand her, barely spoke clear English. Please be cautious of who you have attending the reception desk. Also, breakfast looked horrible and the cook would not even smile. Customer service is everything and the Hilton lacked this year.

The room was comfortable and the atmosphere was pleasant.
Negatives:
I was a solo traveler booking a last minute room after a camping trip for the purpose of working and meeting colleagues for dinner. The front desk person was outside when I arrived. The front desk person looked at me and made a swift and inaccurate judgement. She was either unwilling or unable to help me adequately book a room. I felt she judged my appearance. She encouraged me to go outside and book online :). I'm a seasoned professional business traveler, who just happened to roll in from a camping trip with her kids. I was highly disappointed. I'll be sticking with the other hotel brands from now on.

Positives:
The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and I loved having multiple pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The food was delicious and a good value for a hotel restaurant.
Negatives:
The key port for the bathroom/ hall lights wouldnt stay on for more than five minutes which was highly annoying, but a quick trip to the front desk where I was given a blank key card to put in behind mine solved the problem.
