I worked in the hotel business and part of being a front desk person or a bartender is to be able to have a friendly personality. These people did not have them. They were polite but you could kind of feel that they were just there to do the mechanics of the job.

Overall this day was good except for the water pressure and a couple of not so friendly staff.

The design the layout and the food was good.
Negatives:
Whirlpool was out of order, they did not have towels on demand, no complimentary breakfast, very expensive snacks that forced you just to travel to the store.

Quiet, everything was in excellent condition, central to everything I wanted to see and do.
Negatives:
Only bad part was restaurant service: waiter took my food without asking if I was finished. So gross!

Who ever checked us in lacked professional attention. She told us to give her an additional $20 for concessions. I handed her a $20 bill and she was laughing inappropriately and very sarcastic. I hope to never have this type of experience again at a Hilton. We could barely understand her, barely spoke clear English. Please be cautious of who you have attending the reception desk. Also, breakfast looked horrible and the cook would not even smile. Customer service is everything and the Hilton lacked this year.
