My mom checked into the room and there was a mix up and they switched the reservation from me to her and changed our room type and charged her the same rate as what was quoted. My mom goes to our room, and not 5 minutes later a staff person came in and say she didn't pay. She shows him the receipt and goes well I already refunded that reservation to her card, and that this room charges a higher rate. If you want to stay here you have to come back to the office and pay the higher room rate. She did but this highly unprofessional. Unfortunately, I was not there, but I believe I know the owners of the hotel (I believe I even prepared the hotel's tax returns) and will be contacting them directly. Do not stay here.

I want thank the guy on duty 3/1/24 130 am he said his name was ben or bob i was so tired, but he made my stay memorable he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome to the Red Roof Redi members club. Helping me to save money, Something i can get behind and appreciate. Thanks Red Roof Inn Troy' U made a difference !

House keeping doesn't come by daily. I had to ask for new trash bags and towels. They have an attitude when you ask to swap towels. The floors were filthy and sticky. I bought a swiffer mop and wipes to clean the floors bc I couldn't walk in there without shoes.
