Whole second floor smelled like BO, and the pool was literally freezing with entirely too much chlorine. But literally we couldn’t even get in it, it was so absurdly cold.

The breakfast was good, the room sizes were good, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating.
Negatives:
Went swimming around 7, and both nights were there, and it was freezing! If the pool says it's supposed to open until 10, the heater should be on until 10. The 2nd night, we went down around 5:30, and it was perfectly warm, and by 7, it cooled right off.
Our room was nice, but the bed was hard as a rock. There was a phone tucked into the bedspread and lipstick on the bottom of the sheets, which was absolutely disgusting! I'm pretty sure the bed wasn't changed.

Room layout was fine...a bit dated but ok.
Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
Besides the used condom+packet that we saw on the floor the next morning ( either fell out of the bed or got kicked out from under the edge of bed), the carpets and sofa need cleaned/ replaced.
