Negatives: No one to check rooms for linens. Unsure where to put dirty linens too. The pool grounds were very slippery and several people, including my 6 year old fell. The towels ran out on several occasions. Seemed short staffed for a Saturday.

Negatives: comforters we’re all ripped. daily cleaning was just fresh towels and that’s it beds were not made and toilets and sinks weren’t cleaned. we actually wanted a do not disturb sign for our door and we were told they didn’t have any. pool was not clear. didn’t like that you could hear everything from the room next door to the traffic outside!
