Positives: Price was the only thing that was good

Negatives: Room was not good ... Towel rack in restroom broke as soon as we try to take the towel off. Tv volume didn't work and staff didn't even try to fix the issue. Sheets had stains on them and smelled as well as the mattresses. And the hallways had a bad smell of cigarette smoke.....

Negatives: I Didn't like any of it. The whole facility needs to be closed and totally renovated and exterminated We checked in and immediately checked right back out. After a long 5 hour drive to town. We walked into a foul smelling hotel. With dirty floors and carpet. And once we made it to our room, we turned on the lights and were greeted by ROACHES crawling everywhere. So we had to go look.for somewhere else to stay for our holiday weekend at 12:30 at night after already paying to stay here. To top it off, I have to fight to get a FULL REFUND of my money back. Booking needs to take this place off its sight and this place needs to do better and stop taking people money to stay in this poorly run hotel.. I've never experienced an EXTENDED STAY HOTEL like this before. Then they had no dishes or pots and pans in the rooms. Found this out before we went to our room.
