Our Hotel floor was VERY noisy, there was loud music all night & kids running up the hallways after 10pm.. it was jumping and bumping above our room from the time we checked in until the time we checked out literally. Had to call the front desk to complain but didn’t seem like anything was done

Their system couldn’t accept our card. So, we had to draw the amount from the ATM machine and pay in cash. This was on October 12. After we arrived home after 3 night stay, guess what?? We received an alert from our bank that our account was overdrawn. We contacted the property and they apologized and said that as long as the amount shows as pending, there’s nothing to worry about. Well, the problem was that the bank takes overdraft fees in such cases. But, we were lucky enough for solving the problem.

Positives:
Having just left a room, prematurely, at a nearby "Suites" hotel, we found the arrangements and facilities very well maintained and crew was always there to assist if/when needed.
Negatives:
Considering our experience at HI, we didn't have any real complaints outside of a few things like... TP holder was very loose, a few more hooks to hang things in the shower, vanity, and toilet room would be helpful.
