Positives: It had a decent layout.
Negatives: This was very old and dated. There was mildew in the bathroom the HVAC system was extremely noisy and it also had cockroaches. Anything moving in the hallways was very noisy as well

Positives: I didn't get to stay at the hotel, upon arrival the young lady at the front desk informed me that since i booked a pay later room i had to pay an &200.00 deposit. That was nowhere in my confirmation notice.
Negatives: Again i was turned away and was told that my reservation didn't matter because i was paying cash upon arrival. Myself and my family was stuck with no room. Traveled from Boardman, Ohio to Michigan.

Positives: All rooms have a bedroom suite. The location was great for our concert at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre.
Negatives: It was dirty. In our room, there was dirty towels under the bathroom sink. And a dead bug on the bathroom floor. The hallways were also dirty. We had to step over a melted slurpee when we walked into the building once.

Negatives: Hairdryer was dirty, bedroom fan motor was there, no blades. Coffee machine was broken, bathroom carpet was soaking wet. Toilet was clogged. Sheets had ciggarette burns. Lamp had no lightbulb.

Negatives: Room had only one towel. Looked like it could use some renovation on cabinets with water damage. The shower handle was coming off due to rusted screw. And there was a roach in one of the cabinets upon arrival. But the bed was soft and it was restful.

Negatives: First off there is a $200 deposit I was not made aware of, The staff looked shady, with no way of identifying who works for the hotel and who does not. My room was disgusting (No CDC GL) and in need of repairs. Not worth the price, and will never return.

Negatives: Staff not helpful. No maid service. Must take linens to front office to exchange for clean ones. Empty own trash. People appear to live there. Entire building smells of pot, which is legal in Michigan. It comes thru the vents, so you always smell it.
