Positives:
Good location, helpful staff, free parking, air conditioning was fine, hot water in bathroom. Refrigerator available.
Negatives:
The place needs a lot of work, the room smell was a mix of smoke and other nasty smells. The telephone was not working, the safe was damaged. Microwave is damaged. Pillows were in bad shape. Level of cleanliness is under average. Limited room space.

The bed was not cleaned I still had shards of glass in my bed even after I asked for it to be clean it still didnt get cleaned off and I had to clean it myself no microwave or mini fridge phone lines didnt work in my room

My room was clean and ac worked. They allow dogs and don't charge a fee for your pet. They didn't require a credit card on file. It was reasonably priced.
Negatives:
The location, it looked like homeless people are living there. Front desk didn't answer after 11pm when calling from phone in room. Some of the other guests were loud and disruptive. Police drive thru parking area regularly.
