I dont like to write reviews especially if the experience wasn't great but, the room was quite unclean, the exterior was incredibly dirty.... the floors outside and inside were so sticky!! We avoided stepping on the carpets in the room at all cost....We literally couldn't believe it.

My original booking through Booking.com was cancelled by the hotel at 4am the next morning without explanation. I then had to book a room directly through the hotel which meant I paid twice one to Booking.com and once to the hotel directly.
Also we were a bit early 2:45 pm but were not even allowed to get in the room until nearly 3:30 pm.
We were never allowed in the actual lobby, no explanation , everything from a slot in the window of the vestibule.
Not enough towels and terrible small pillows in the room.
