Quite place not overpriced

Decent size units, lots of parking and close to where we needed to be.
Negatives:
Outside of the hotel is showing wear, like the outdoor stairs. The rooms are also dated and very worn out and we found a lot of dirt on the floors that got missed. We arrived after 10pm to our hotel and the room next door was having a huge party so it was very loud in our until and it smelled very strongly of marijuana. We called the front desk and they tried to remedy it by bringing someone to come and spray our room with air freshener. We instead asked them to please speak with the people next door and break up the party. It took a few tries but the party finally stopped, but we didn’t appreciate all our stuff smelling of smoke.
There was also no bedding for the pull out couch, luckily we brought our own. Pull out couch looked very uncomfortable, luckily my daughter is young and doesn’t weigh a lot.
We skipped breakfast as it did not look appetizing.
I made myself a tea to find out it tasted like coffees, they used the coffee pot for the hot water and didn’t clean it out properly.

Our room had several housekeeping issues. No manager on duty to resolve issues. We left a day early. The whole experience ruined our Thanksgiving
